Once your have ordered, there are no refunds allowed.  UCR takes the funds at the point of filing. Therefore please understand the number of power units you are paying for. 

The actual UCR fees are filed & paid to UCR within 1-2 days of order receipt excluding weekends and holidays unless the order is a RUSH. In the case of RUSH, the UCR is filed the same business day before the close of business. Orders placed after June 29, 2020 that are not RUSH will not be processed  to UCR before the enforcement day of July 1, 2020.

Do not operate interstate after July 1, 2020 UNTIL you received a paid UCR Receipt from us via email!! 

Processing is on business day basis. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do however observe all federal holidays.

You will receive a printed  receipt of filing the next business day via email.

All our UCR filings are done electronically. In the case of a power failure or network failure, your filing will be delayed. We are not responsible for those delays.

We are a third party provider. As a result we add our service fee to the state fees charged by UCR. We are not affiliated with the USDOT, FMCSA, state agencies or the UCR Board nor do those agency recommend us.
